Delegation of SSC attends international meeting in Turkey

Baku, December 14 (AZERTAC). The delegation of the State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan (SSC) has attended the 5th ECO High Level Expert Group Meeting on Statistics in Ankara, Turkey.

According to the SSC, the event was organized by the ECO Economics and Research Department and the Turkish Statistical Institute.

Representatives from Azerbaijan, Iran, Pakistan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan, as well as international organizations attended the meeting.

Delivering a speech in the event, head of the department of the Data Dissemination of State Committee on Statistics M. Amirova briefed the participants about the activity, structure of the organization and Azerbaijan`s social-economic development.

The meeting focused on the cooperation development mechanism, international relations, organization of the next meeting and other issues.
