Baku, 18 March (AZERTAC). Mr. Paul Wille, Head of Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe observation mission, representative of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe, has been observing the process of referendum in the election constituencies of the Nesimi and Yasamal districts of Baku. The European observer expressed satisfaction with the process of voting at the number 16 (Yasamal Second) election constituency. He said: “My first impressions on the referendum are positive. In the morning hours, half of the electors have already voted, which, is high activeness. Interesting is that the electors attentively read the ballots and then vote. The notable fact is that they fully understand the essence of the questions they vote for. We shall observe the elections and in the outskirts of capital. Though the vote counting will take long time I am going to take part and at this process”.
