Baku, February 25 (AZERTAC). The Embassy of Kuwait in Azerbaijan organized Wednesday an official reception on the country`s public holiday - National Day.

Ambassador of Kuwait to Azerbaijan Fahd Saad Said al-Mey spoke of his country`s path of development. He noted Kuwait had achieved great progress in economic and cultural spheres.

The Ambassador praised developing relations between the two countries, and stressed that reciprocal visits, high-level meetings and talks contribute to boosting them even more.

Attending the event, Minister of Youth and Sport Azad Rahimov congratulated the people of Kuwait on behalf of President Ilham Aliyev.

According to the Ministry, relations between the two countries in various fields started to expand recently.

MPs, ambassadors of foreign countries to Azerbaijan, representatives of international organizations in Baku and others were present the event.
