MINISTER R. USUBOV:IT IS INTOLERABLE TO USE RELIGION FOR POLITICAL ENDS

The man who had done violence to the Akhund of “Juma” mosque recently appointed by the Caucasian Moslems Board has been identified, Minister of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan, Colonel -General Ramil Usubov announced.

Police, according to him, is now taking measures to detain him.

It is intolerable to use religion for political ends, and set believers against each other, the Minister said.
