OPERATION ON APPREHENSION OF GUNMAN AT AZERBAIJAN`S OIL ACADEMY WRAPS UP
A gun attack has taken place at Azerbaijan`s State Oil Academy today. An unidentified gunmen opened fire at the Academy. As a result, 13 men died, ten wounded, including teachers and students, the Ministry of Health confirmed.
Employees of the law-enforcement bodies, officials, Minister of Interior Affairs Ramil Usubov and Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov arrived in the place of accident.
The shooting occurred shortly after morning classes began at the academy. The attack was over and that the building had been secured after a police operation.
The investigation is underway.
