PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV ATTENDS INAUGURATION OF INTERIOR MINISTRY`S HOSPITAL
Baku, 24 February (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev attended the inauguration ceremony of the Interior Ministry`s Hospital named after lieutenant-general Arif Heydarov in Nizami District of Baku.
The President cut the ribbon symbolizing opening of the hospital.
The foundation for the hospital`s building was laid by President Ilham Aliyev on March 19, 2007.
The 320-bed hospital covers 21 thousands square meters. The Head of State viewed a documentary featuring construction of the hospital and its current state.
A photo stand was created in the hospital`s foyer to feature what national leader Heydar Aliyev and President Ilham Aliyev have done in the country to strengthen material and technical base of interior bodies and healthcare.
The Head of State congratulated the staff of the hospital and wished them successes.
He also posed for photographs together with the hospital`s staff.
