President Ilham Aliyev inaugurates comprehensive school No 330 in Gobustan settlement
Baku, September 25 (AZERTAC). President Ilham Aliyev has today inaugurated the comprehensive school No 330 in Gobustan settlement of Garadagh region of Baku.
Last March during the conference held under chairmanship of President Ilham Aliyev in Baku Mayor`s Office, the Head of State gave instructions on socio-economic development of the settlements adjacent to the capital. Last April President Ilham Aliyev visited Gobustan settlement of Garadagh region to familiarize himself with implementation of the instructions.
In accordance with executive order, April 2 2011, President Ilham Aliyev allocated 2 million AZN on construction of the new comprehensive school with 800 seats.
The Head of State cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the building.
Mayor of Garadagh region Suleyman Mikailov updated President of Azerbaijan about the school. The three-storied building occupying a total area of 45 hectares includes 48 classrooms, assembly hall, library, labs and studies on physics, chemistry, biology, rooms of dentists and psychologist. Besides, football, volleyball and basketball pitches were installed here.
The Head of State praised conditions created in the school.
