PRESIDENT INAUGURATES LANKARAN AIRPORT
President Ilham Aliyev attended Wednesday inauguration of Lankaran airport.
After the ribbon cutting ceremony, the Head of State familiarized himself with the Airport`s facilities.
The Airport was reconstructed in accordance with the State Program on socio-economic development of regions of Azerbaijan Republic. AZN 51mln has been allocated for its reconstruction. It occupies 325 hectares.
The Airport provided with modern equipment will contribute to economic development of Azerbaijan`s south regions.
