You live and work in accordance with his words of wisdom: “The heartbeat of a man must be in harmony with that of the motherland.” You are building a modern state on the strong traditions of statehood and inviolable national and spiritual values laid out by the great leader. Your are doing this in union with and with unconditional support of your people.
Under your leadership the Republic of Azerbaijan is rapidly moving towards modernization of the economic and social spheres and strengthening of its international influence. The results of your productive state activities have strengthened your credibility as a far-sighted politician, a strong leader and a sincere patriot of his country. Let your heart continue to beat in unison with the rhythm of your native country and your enthusiasm, energy, creativity and determination in achieving goals contribute to the implementation of strategic plans of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
