You have made outstanding contributions to development and strengthening of traditional friendship and good-neighborly relations between Azerbaijan and Russia that today carries the character of strategic partnership. Your efforts aimed at regulation of Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, based on norms and principles of international law, are welcomed with great approval in Azerbaijan.
