President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev telephoned President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on April 3.
Russian Leader briefed the Head of Azerbaijani State on the results of G-20 summit in London and decisions made to tackle the global economic crisis. The two leaders shared their ideas on the economic crisis in the world. Both leaders expressed their satisfaction with successful development of Russia-Azerbaijan relations. They expressed confidence that bilateral ties would continue to develop.
During the telephone talk, the Presidents discussed a number of issues of mutual concern.
