PROPOSED AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO AZERBAIJAN`S CONSTITUTION MEETS INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS, MIKHAIL KROTOV
Baku, March 18 (AZERTAC)... Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Mikhail Krotov said “proposed amendments and supplements to Azerbaijan`s Constitution meets international standards and legal norms.” According to him, during the spring session of CIS PA other countries will be recommended to use Azerbaijan`s positive election experience.
Krotov underlined he witnessed high turnout during the observation of the referendum in capital`s Sabail and Nasimi districts.
“On the eve of the referendum, our observation mission had inspected the preparation for it in Baku, Sumgait cities and several regions, and praised the work done,” Krotov noted.
