RUSSIAN FOREIGN MINISTER ARRIVES IN BAKU

Baku, March 11 (AZERTAC). Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov has arrived in Baku on Wednesday.

During a two-day visit, the Minister will hold several meetings in the country to discuss current level of the Russia-Azerbaijan relationship, prospects for bilateral cooperation as well as regional issues.

The meetings will also discuss implementation of the Declaration on Friendship and Strategic Partnership between Russia and Azerbaijan, signed on July 3, 2008.

As part of the visit, Lavrov will also participate in an opening ceremony of Russian Information and Culture Center.
