RUSSIAN PRESIDENT OFFERS CONDOLENCES TO PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has sent a letter of condolence to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev over a human loss caused by a gunman attack to the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
The message reads:
“The news of a bloody incident at Azerbaijan State Oil Academy has been a source of great sorrow to me.
What adds to our common grief is that victims of this terrible crime were students, young people full of plans.
I ask you to convey my sincere condolences and sympathies to relatives and family members of the dead, and my wishes for speedy recovery to the injured.”
