The VI International symposium on the topic “Intellectual systems” was held in Saratov /Russia/.

Scientific report of Azerbaijan scientist, head of the Institute of Cybernetics of National Academy of Sciences, academician Telman Aliyev on the topic “Technology of noise prognosis of the accidents in industrial intellectual systems” has arisen high interest among the symposium participants and scientists.

The theory allows prevent gigantic, large-scale, economic, social and ecological destruction due to preliminary prognosis of accidents on the objects of offshore oil production, oil-chemical enterprises, power stations, hydro-technical facilities, planes, etc.

In his interview to AzerTAj correspondent, author of the book, academician Telman Aliyev said:

“The publishing house “Kluwer Academic Publishers” published this book after positive reports of well-known scientists and experts of world. It was generally recognized in Germany, Japan, England, China, USA and other countries.
