Dear Nursultan Abishevich,

I was deeply saddened to hear the news of the death of military servicemen as a result of the crash of an AN-72 plane near Shymkent.

On behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my deepest condolences to you, families and relatives of the dead, and all people of Kazakhstan.
