Dear Mr. President,
On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own I would like to sincerely congratulate you and through you all the people of your country on the national holiday.
The present level of Azerbaijani-Czech relations is satisfactory. Your visit to Azerbaijan in May of this year gave an impetus to the strengthening of our interstate relations and expansion of our friendship and cooperation.
I am sure that we will continue applying joint effort towards continuing our cooperation in both bilateral format and within the EU Eastern Partnership program.
On this momentous day I wish you all the best, good health and every success in your activities, and peace and prosperity to the friendly Czech people.
