Youth European Integration Model forum kicks off in Baku

Baku, January 28 (AZERTAC). The Youth European Integration Forum organized by the Azerbaijan Youth European Integration Organization (AGAT) and with support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports has today started in Baku.

The event aims to promote the role and activeness of youth in the process of Azerbaijan`s integration into Europe, as well as to point the significance of the European integration in further strengthening the international image of Azerbaijan.

The event was addressed by authorized representatives of the Presidential Administration, Youth and Sports Ministry, ICT Ministry and the head of the Centre for Strategic Studies.

The forum also discussed Azerbaijan`s youth policy in integration to Europe, activeness of the Azerbaijani youth in European institutions, Azerbaijani-NATO relations and Azerbaijan`s development prospects in the Euro-Atlantic space.

The event involved heads of youth organizations, representatives of diplomatic corpses and media.
