AZERBAIJAN PRESIDENT INAUGURATES DRY-CARGO PORT STATION IN BAKU BAY
Baku, March 16 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev has today cut a ribbon to officially open a dry-cargo port station in Baku bay.
The President toured the station`s administrative building.
The station, whose construction began in 2008, includes several bridges for unloading dry goods and storages.
The environmentally sound project is aimed at moving industrial facilities to the capital`s outskirts and increasing the volume of cargo trafficking from the country.
