AZERBAIJAN PRESIDENT RECEIVES WB`s REGIONAL DIRECTOR FOR SOUTH CAUCASUS

Baku, May 26 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev has today received the World Bank`s regional director for South Caucasus Asad Alam.

Mr. Alam said the World Bank had been successfully cooperating with Azerbaijan for long years.

“One of the priorities of the World Bank is to support economic successes Azerbaijan has been making under your leadership, Mr. President,” said Asad Alam.

President Ilham Aliyev expressed confidence the Azerbaijan-World Bank cooperation would be continued.
