Azerbaijani Community of Moscow issues statement condemning Armenia`s military provocation

The Azerbaijani Community of Moscow has appealed to the local and international community with a statement regarding the large-scale provocation committed by Armenia on the Armenia-Azerbaijan state border.
The statement, signed by Chairman of the Azerbaijani Community of Moscow Shamil Taghiyev, highlighted the military provocations committed by the Armenian armed forces on September 12.
“The military and political leadership of Armenia bears all responsibility for the provocation, confrontation and losses. The Azerbaijanis living in Russia express deep concern about the situation. It is obvious that Armenia, which ignores the norms of international law, hinders the process of normalization and peace in the South Caucasus in every possible way,” the statement emphasized.
Head of the community Shamil Tagiyev called on the international community to take practical steps and intensify its pressure to urge Armenia to put its aggressive policy and revanchist ideas to rest and make peace.
