Azerbaijani minister: Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is serious threat to international security
Baku, December 6 (AZERTAC). Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is a serious threat to international security, said Azerbaijan`s minister of foreign affairs Elmar Mammadyarov at the 19th meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council.
Mammadyarov noted Armenia reinforces status-quo by violating the OSCE regulations and uses force to maintain control over the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
Elmar Mammadyarov said Armenia had destructed all cultural monuments in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
