Azerbaijani President meets Ukrainian counterpart in Davos

Davos, January 26 (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today met Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yanukovych in Davos.

During the meeting, they underlined bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Ukraine were successfully developing in various fields, including political and economic ones.

The presidents discussed prospects for energy cooperation.

The parties said the two countries have good potential to expand cooperation even more.

They expressed confidence the Azerbaijan-Ukraine relations would continue to develop.

The Heads of State stressed the importance of high-level reciprocal visits and meetings for expansion of ties.
