Azerbaijan’s President inaugurates administrative building of Nakhchivan AR Ministry of Emergency Situations
Baku, May 30 (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on May 30 inaugurated an administrative building of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan.
Nakhchivan AR Minister of Emergency Situations, General-Major Shamo Abdullayev reported to Supreme Commander-in-Chief, President Ilham Aliyev.
The Head of State cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the administrative building.
The President was informed about emergency 112 call number operative in any case requiring an intervention of emergency service.
The President was informed that eight-story building with total area of 7592.2 square meters consists of 103 offices, 56 auxiliary facilities. The Control Center was established in the lobby of the building. The use of these centres in the prevention of emergency situations provides a great opportunity to achieve more effective results. Controller is equipped with monitors to directly observe the scene. The crisis control centre is operating 24 hours a day.
He Head of State highly appreciated conditions in new office building and gave instructions and recommendations.
