Azercell wins in customer satisfaction study
Baku, November 22 (AZERTAC). EPSI Rating is an independent annual research project, which is aimed to present customers’ opinion about products and services.
The research in telecom sector was carried out in September-October 2012; customers in Azerbaijan were offered to answer the questionnaire to give evaluation to those providers, which they have frequented most commonly during last 12 months.
According to the report, Azercell enjoys the biggest trust among the mobile subscribers and leads the rating. Its loyalty index is 89.7 points that testifies of sufficiently strong relationship with subscribers. Customer loyalty increases with the improvement of the level of satisfaction.
For the second time Azercell telecom leads the EPSI rating in customer satisfaction study.
Data analysis for the industry in 2012 shows that consumers noted an improvement of operators’ work on all the factors of satisfaction. Service quality and perceived value of the services of all providers has increased significantly, average rise on the industry totalled 9.5% and 7.8%, respectively, and indices reached estimates of 87.8 and 85.3 points out of 100. Improving the quality of the product affected the satisfaction of customer service rates.
