Baku hosts “Assessment of damage and losses caused by interstate conflicts” conference

Baku, July 27 (AZERTAC). The 3rd international symposium on theme “Assessment of damage and losses caused by interstate conflicts” has been held here.

The event was held on the initiative of Public Union “Institute of Socio-economic ideas” and Azerbaijani Society of Appraisers. In his keynote speech at the event member of the Board of Directors of Eurasian Appraisers Council, MP Khanhuseyn Kazimli underlined that determination of damage caused by Armenia’s occupation to Azerbaijan and informing of international organizations on it must be included into the important activities of the government and civil society. According to him, Azerbaijan has already started this process: “Report on evaluation of damage caused by Armenia to Azerbaijan will be made in near future with the participation of international experts.”

The event is attended by governmental dignitaries, NGO representatives and appraisal experts.
