Belarus to host conference on industrial environment

Baku, April 29 (AZERTAC). The State Committee on Science and Technologies of Belarus (SCST) will organize an international scientific and practical conference entitled “Technological trends in improving industrial safety, environment and effective human activities” with involvement of CIS member states on May 15-16.

According to belisa.org, the conference will feature discussions on exchange of information on the activities of the governmental and public organizations of CIS member states in addressing environmental challenges, promoting the international cooperation in ecology, defining mechanisms for integration and collaboration of CIS member states, stimulating innovative activities in environment, promoting the trade and economic partnerships, as well as investments between the CIS countries, developing proposals on improving industrial safety, environment and effective human life.

The conference will be attended by managers and specialists from governments and leading academic, research and industrial organizations and enterprises of Belarus and the CIS.
