EURASIAN LAWYERS ASSOCIATION TO OBSERVE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

About 2300 representatives of the Eurasian Lawyers Association (ELA) will observe the October 15 Presidential election in Azerbaijan.

They have already received the special election observer badges for Central Election Commission, constituency and precinct election commissions.

ELA representatives will monitor the work of about 50% of the constituency and precinct election commissions.
