International forum “Bellwether Breakfast” held with PASHA Bank’s general sponsorship
Baku, April 29 (AZERTAC). “International forum ‘Bellwether Breakfast. The Outlook for Growth, 2013 and beyond’ has been held with general sponsorship of the PASHA Bank.
Representatives of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Turkey’s Ministry of Development, Deloitte and Touche LLC, Azerfon LLC, Ernst and Young were invited to participate at the event.
The discussed topics at the event, organized by the Economist Group, were tough economic measures and reduction of consumers’ trust on high unemployment in the Eurozone, the Cyprus crisis, the threat of the zone’s collapsing and overall difficulties of the continent and the new challenges of the global economy. The forum also separately covered the risks taken by Azerbaijan, investment opportunities and the analysis of economic growth in the CIS countries.
This is not the first international forum of experts, investors and entrepreneurs organized by PASHA Bank and The Economist Group in Baku.
Earlier, on April 2012 Baku hosted an international forum - Buttonwood Breakfast Global Economics where global economy’s prospects, assessment of a number of economic scenarios and its potential impacts were discussed.
