International Silk Road Music Festival concludes with grand closing concert

The 15th International Silk Road Music Festival concluded with a grand closing concert at the Ganja State Philharmonic Hall.
According to the Ministry of Culture, the concert featured performances by soloists of the State Philharmonic, the Dance Ensemble, the Folk Dances Ensemble of Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality (Türkiye), the “Ak-Niyet” Folk Choreography Ensemble of the “Seytek” National Children and Youth Center (Kyrgyzstan), and Gagauz singer Natali Deniz.
A vibrant program including works by Azerbaijani composers, folk songs, and national dances was presented with the participation of the Estrada Ensemble (artistic director Shahriyar Taghiyev) and the dance troupe (ballet master Sanan Javadov).
At the end of the event, Firangiz Alizadeh, Chairperson of the Union of Azerbaijani Composers and People’s Artist, and Sait Yusuf, Deputy Secretary General of the International Turkic Culture Organization (TURKSOY), presented certificates of appreciation and commemorative gifts to the festival participants and Niyazi Bayramov, Head of the Ganja City Executive Authority.
