PRESIDENT OF RUSSIA SENDS REPUBLIC DAY GREETINGS TO AZERBAIJAN PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV
President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev has today sent a letter of congratulation to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of national holiday of Azerbaijan people, Republic Day
“Modern Azerbaijan is a convincing example of internal political and economic development, pursuing a convincing foreign policy. It increases prestige of your nation in the world and opens up new opportunities for deepening Russia-Azerbaijan strategic partnership,” said the letter.
“I am sure that we will be able to effectively tackle new economic and financial challenges, realize large-scale projects in the interests of dynamic development of mutually beneficial cooperation, increase of welfare and quality of life of Azerbaijani and Russian citizens,” said the message.
The Russian President wished his Azerbaijani counterpart good health, happiness and successes and the people of Azerbaijan peace and prosperity.
