The “Chashigoglu” Publishers commenced publishing the selected works of the Azerbaijani and world literature in the Latin scrip.

The best works of the world and Azerbaijani literature have been published in the soviet times. However, in connection with the transition to the Latin script, there is a need to publish these works for the new generations. Therefore, an authoritative commission comprising renowned intelligentsia of Azerbaijan was assigned to prepare the list of literature of the editions to be published. The prepared list includes 104 editions, 54 of which are samples of Azerbaijani literature, including tales, legends, folklore, works by Nizami, Nesimi, Fizuli, vagif, Sabir, Ilyas Efendiyev, Bakhtiyar Vahabzadeh, Anar, Elchin, Mammad Araz, etc.

The books will be spread by subscription. Subscription is underway in the departments of “Most-Bank”. The first set includes 23 volumes.
