Soccer cup of Turkic countries to be held in Houston
Houston, February 23 (AZERTAC). In relation to the upcoming Novruz holiday in March, a Turkic soccer cup will be held in Houston. Eight teams from six Turkic countries will be a part of the tournament, including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, each with one team, and Azerbaijan and Turkey, both represented by two teams. The tournament is organized by the Azerbaijani American Cultural Alliance (AACA). Members of Azerbaijani FC Shusha, which plays in Houston league, will also participate in the tournament by playing for the Azerbaijani teams.
