SOUND TRAFFIC LIGHTS FOR THE BLIND INSTALLED IN BAKU
About 30 sound traffic lights for the blind were installed in Baku, capital of Azerbaijan, Chairman of the Blind Society Samyar Abdullayev said.
He underlined that with the support of the main state road police department these traffic lights will let the blind safety across the road. “Often, the blind are difficulty in hearing these traffic lights and we want these lights meet the international standards”, said Mr. Abdullayev.
