Territory of “Araz Valley Economic Zone” Industrial Park completely cleared of mines

The territory of the “Araz Valley Economic Zone” Industrial Park, located in Azerbaijan’s Jabrayil district covering area of 200 hectares, has been completely cleared of mines and unexploded ordnances, press service of the Ministry of Economy told AZERTAC.
According to the ministry, the conceptual plan (master plan) of the Industrial Park has already been prepared and it is planned to commence work on building a mobilization camp on a 1.5-hectare area of the park in the coming days. “The work is underway on levelling and compacting the territory where the mobilization camp will be organized,” the ministry added.
