According to the decision of UNESCO, five unique manuscripts of the Azerbaijani prominent thinker and poet of XI century, well known scientist Khoja Ahmad Yasevi were included to the World Registration List of documentary heritage. These Manuscripts are preserved in the fund of unique books and manuscripts of the national library in Almaty. These are poetic works and philosophic treatises. The manuscripts, which date back ten centuries, were received by the fund in 1931.

Currently, personality of Khoja Ahmad Yasevi is attached great attention, Director General of the National Library Murat Auezov stated. Just thanks to him, Sufism, as a philosophic system, entered the spiritual life of the Turkic peoples, they became Eastern philosophy and philosophy of the world religions.

Today, we attentively study aphorisms, verses, searching truth, and spiritual world of Khoja Ahmad Yasevi, who, in his 63 sat in an underground mosque and dedicated his life to philosophic thoughts.
