“UZEIR HAJIBEYOV ENCYCLOPEDIA” ISSUED IN RUSSIAN
First secretary of the Union of composers, People’s artist Vasif Adigezalov, director of “Azerbaijan” Publishing House and Chief editor of “Uzeir Hajibeyov Encyclopedia” Nazim Ibragimov, Head of the Union of writers and deputy of the Milli Majlis People’s writer Anar, people’s writer Huseyn Abbaszade, people’s artist Farkhad Badalbeyli and others addressed the ceremony. Guests have emphasized that this invaluable edition was prepared with the assistance of many musicologists, writers, composers, scientists, and researchers. It was the first and very successful step in the field of musical culture of Azerbaijan. Book is full of information about life and creation of great Azerbaijan composer and his works.
Presentation was attended by Chief of the Secretariat of Azerbaijan President Dilara Seyidzade, Ambassador of Turkey to Azerbaijan Ahmet Unal Cevikoz, Milli Majlis deputies and others.
