ATUC CHAIRMAN MEETS HEAD OF EGYPT`S TRADE UNION OF RAILWAYMEN

Chairman of the Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation (ATUC), MP Sattar Mehbaliyev met Monday with visiting head of the Egyptian trade union of railwaymen Zahlul Abdulmunim Ismail Hamad.

Mehbaliyev briefed on the ATUC`s history and its work to ensure social protection of workers.

He also stressed the importance of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Egyptian trade unions.

Ismail Hamad, in turn, said his organization was curious about enhancing relationship with Azerbaijan`s trade unions.
