AZERBAIJAN PRESIDENT RECEIVES IRAN`s MINISTER OF CULTURE AND ISLAMIC GUIDANCE

Baku, July 5 (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received an Iranian delegation led by Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini.

Hosseini conveyed greetings of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to the Azerbaijani leader.

They stressed relations between Azerbaijan and Iran were developing successfully in all fields, in particular the cultural one.

They said friendship and brotherly relations between the two nations were a source of the successful bilateral cooperation.

The importance of expanding the cultural relations between Azerbaijan and Iran was emphasized during the conversation.

The Head of State asked the Iranian minister to convey his greetings to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
