AZERBAIJAN STATE THEATER OF MUSIC COMEDY JOINED INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MUSIC THEATERS

Baku, 23 April (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan State Theater of Music Comedy was selected by open voting as member of the International Association of Music Theaters. Such renowned theaters, as the State Academic Bolshoi Theater of Russia, Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Center, St-Petersburg’s Music Hall, the Moscow Stanislavski and Nemirovich-Danchenko Academic Music Theater, as well as the several theaters of Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other countries have already become family members of the Association. Aligismet Lalayev, Director of the Azerbaijan State Theater of Music Comedy addressing the meeting of the Association, briefed guests on the Theater’s productions. Participants were presented a short reel featuring everyday life of the Theater.

The International Association of Music Theaters with its headquarters in St-Petersburg was founded in 2004.
