Azerbaijani ambassador presents credentials to President of Mongolia
Beijing, June 5 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s ambassador to China with concurrent accreditation to Mongolia Latif Gandilov has presented his credentials to the President of Mongolia Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj.
They discussed the history and current state of relations between Azerbaijan and Mongolia, stressing expansion of bilateral political, economic and humanitarian ties serve the interests of the both nations.
The Azerbaijani ambassador spoke about the dynamically developing Azerbaijan, which had become the leader state in the region with increasing prestige on the international scene under President Ilham Aliyev.

The Azerbaijani diplomat held a number of meetings with the Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of Mongolia Purevsuren Lundeg, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Mongolia Badamdorj Batkhishig, and other representatives of the Ministry.
The Ambassador also met heads of Mongolia-Azerbaijan friendship society, the society of Mongolian students in Azerbaijan, and members of the Azerbaijani Diaspora organizations.
The meetings highlighted the importance of boosting ties between the Azerbaijani and Mongolian people, mutual cooperation exchange in the fields of trade, education and culture..
