Berlin, July 24 (AZERTAC). In the frame of cooperation of the Supreme Administrative Court located in the city of Mannheim of the federal Land of Baden-Württemberg, with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with support of Society of the International Cooperation of Germany, the Azerbaijani judges visited Germany. The Azerbaijani judges who exchanged experience with local administrative courts of Mannheim, Leipzig and Berlin, visited the embassy of Azerbaijan in Berlin. The adviser of embassy Rizvan Nabiyev informed guests on bilateral ties, including about cooperation in the legal sphere. The 20-year period from the moment of establishment of diplomatic relations entered the history, having been marked by successful development of bilateral ties in policy, economy and culture.
Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Judge Rashid Rzayev expressed interest in practice of the German administrative courts operating since 1863. Till present time only 20 % of the judgments which have been taken out in Germany, were in favor of citizens.
In the administrative courts of Azerbaijan created a few years ago, 80 % of decisions - in favor of citizens. This indicator, on the one hand, shows need of improvement of a control system, but at the same time confirms trust to judicial system of Azerbaijan.
