Baku, 13 February (AZERTAC). Member of the Azerbaijan Parliament (Milli Majlis) Govhar Bakhshaliyeva will be attending meetings of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Conference member states to be held on February 16-19 in Niamey, Niger.

The events will focus on the situation in the Middle East, the Palestinian problem, Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh, negative outcomes of the West`s double-standard policy, the global financial crisis and its implications for the OIC member states, the possibility of establishing Islamic Monetary Found, fighting against Islamophobia and other issues.

Govhar Bakhshaliyeva will deliver a speech at the event.
