Baku hosts 47th PABSEC General Assembly’s Standing Committee Meeting

Baku, November 26 (AZERTAC). Baku has today hosted the 47th meeting of Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) General Assembly’s Standing Committee within the 40th plenary session of the PABSEC General Assembly.

Opening the event, Chairman of the Azerbaijani Parliament Oqtay Asadov noted that the meeting within PABSEC created new opportunities for expansion of cooperation.

“I am sure the meetings held in Baku will stimulate development of mutual cooperation, as well as they would be beneficial for the organization’s future activity.

The meeting adopted the protocols of the 46th session held last year, recommendations of Parliamentary Assembly and other decisions.

Baku on Nov. 26 also hosted the additional meeting of Legal and Political Affairs Committee.
