BHOS and SABAH.academy sign Memorandum of Understanding

A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) of SOCAR and SABAH.academy LLC.
The document was signed by BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov and General Director of SABAH.HUB Rahim Bayramli.
The signing ceremony was attended by Farhad Pashayev, a member of Board of Directors of SABAH.HUB, and the administrative staff of BHOS.
The Memorandum of Understanding provides for the establishment of bilateral cooperation, conducting joint scientific research, development of innovative projects, and providing mutual support in the development of international relations. The document also provides for the organization of internships for BHOS students, organization of “Introductory Course in Entrepreneurship” and “Hackathon” competition, and the organization of trainings.
Elmar Gasimov emphasized the significance of the partnership, noting that BHOS plans to participate in the future establishment of the Sabah City Technopark. He also highlighted that both BHOS teams were awarded a $100,000 cash prize at the “Baku ID” innovation festival, organized with the support of SABAH.Hub.
Rahim Bayramli, in turn, expressed gratitude for the cooperation and said: “Of course, BHOS should be the first place we come to. We hope that this partnership will develop further, and we believe that we will achieve even greater successes in the future”.
