bp Vice Presidents visit BHOS

Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli, Vice President for the Caspian region, Communications and External Affairs at bp, and Leyla Mammadova, Vice President for People & Culture for Azerbaijan, Georgia and Türkiye region at bp, visited Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS).
During the meeting, BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov emphasized the ongoing and productive cooperation with bp, noting that this collaboration allows students to gain practical knowledge in their specialized fields and provides employment opportunities, contributing to the development of young professionals.
Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli expressed his satisfaction with the collaboration between bp and BHOS, referring to BHOS as the most disciplined university. He highlighted that bp had hired 15 BHOS graduates this year and that over the past five years, more than 50 BHOS students had completed internships with the company. He further affirmed bp’s commitment to strengthening its partnership with BHOS.
Leyla Mammadova also expressed her satisfaction with the cooperation, stressing that joint projects would continue to enhance staffing support. “We are pleased to see such highly educated and skilled professionals joining our ranks,” she added.
At the end of the meeting, Elmar Gasimov presented his book, “Introduction to the Use of Renewable Energy Sources,” as a gift to the guests.
