BRITISH PREMIER SENDS LETTER TO AZERBAIJANI PRESIDENT

Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Gordon Brown

has sent a letter to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to congratulate him on the opening of the 16th Oil and Gas exhibition and conference.

“It is not surprising that the exhibition coincides with an impressive growth and changes in Azerbaijan`s economy,” the British Premier said in his message.

Gordon Brown also said Great Britain was proud to be Azerbaijan`s partner, and expressed confidence British and Azerbaijani companies would closely cooperate in the future.
