CIS TO ESTABLISH COMMON OPERATIONAL INVESTIGATIVE GROUPS
Baku, January 8(AZERTAC). Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) intends to sign a treaty on joint Operational-Investigations Groups in the territory of CIS member states. Next meeting of CIS bodies’ working group to be held in Minsk between January 27 and 29 will discuss CIS draft treaty on interstate retrieval of suspects or missing persons absconding from inquest, investigation and punishment. Also the meeting participants are expected to take up draft treaty on establishment and activities of joint operational investigative groups in the territory of CIS.
