ESTONIAN GUESTS FAMILIARIZE WITH ICHARISHAHAR
Baku, January 12 (AZERTAC). Members of the Estonian delegation, who are in Azerbaijan, familiarized themselves with Icharishahar (Inner City) of Baku, on January 12.
Starting with the Twin Gates of Icherishahar, the guests visited the Museum to People`s Artist Kamil Aliyev and took much interest in national Azeri carpets decorated with portraits of the nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev, Azerbaijani great poets Nizami Ganjavi, Mahammad Fizuli, Imadaddin Nasimi, Russian poet Alexander Pushkin and other eminent personalities.
Estonian delegation also visited Karvansaray and Giz Galasi (Maiden Tower) where were in detailed informed about their history.
