HEAD OF OSCE ELECTION MISSION HOLDS PRESS CONFERENCE IN BAKU
Head of the Election Observation Mission of the OSCE/ODIHR Ambassador Boris Frlec held Thursday a press conference in Baku.
He said the mission includes 12 observers from 12 countries, who came to familiarize themselves with pre-election situation in Azerbaijan. According to Frlec, they have already held meetings at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Central Election Commission. Frlec added another delegation of observers consisting of 28 representatives from 20 countries will come to the country in forthcoming days. The head of the OSCE/ODIHR observation mission underlined the observers will meet with candidates, members of political parties, representatives of non-governmental organizations and media to assess the pre-election situation.
